Campaign Period: 10 February 2025 to 30 April 2025.

1. By participating in this Campaign, parties agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions below.

Eligibility

2. This Campaign is only applicable to brokers onboarded with IFS Capital Limited and group of companies, during the Campaign Period (“eligible broker”).
3. Only B2B & B2C Asset Based Loans (“ABL”) shall qualify towards the cumulative ABL volume.
4. In order for an eligible broker to qualify for the incentive,
   1. the referred case must be implemented by 30 June 2025,
   2. the facility fees charged must not be lower than 1% of Investment Limit (any deviation shall be subject to Management’s Approval).
5. Standard facility fees shall apply to all ABL cases.
6. The facility fees must be collected prior to any incentive payout.
7. Any incentive payout will be credited after the Campaign Period and after IFS Capital confirms the qualification of the payout.  
8. IFS reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, end, amend and/or alter any part of the campaign or its terms and conditions at any time without giving any prior notice or compensation.
9. IFS shall not be liable for any liabilities, losses, damages, cost and expenses in connection with or resulting from this campaign.
10. IFS’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding.
