Strategic Account Manager
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Strategic Account Manager will manage relationships with key corporate customers, drive strategic partnerships, and enhance customer engagement to support IFS’s objectives. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, expanding wallet share, and promoting cross-selling of financial products to meet revenue targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute engagement strategies to deepen relationships and maximize revenue from strategic accounts.
Identify new opportunities for Supply Chain Financing, Factoring, and cross-selling of other relevant financial products.
Initiate partnerships that enhance revenue through innovative solutions and collaborations.
Conduct regular visits and reviews for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction for identified strategic accounts.
Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Increase SCF and factoring revenue from strategic customers.
Drive referrals and partnerships to boost cross-sell revenue.
Maintain high engagement and achieve strong customer satisfaction scores.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proactive in managing accounts and identifying opportunities.
Customer-focused, ensuring satisfaction of strategic accounts.
Data-driven approach to strategy and performance improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in Corporate or SME banking, or similar roles in financial services.
Knowledge of supply chain finance and factoring is advantageous.

Our Management Associate Programme (MA Programme) is a 1.5 years programme comprising of 3 six-months rotations to various departments of the Group.
We welcome fresh graduates and working professionals to join us as Management Associates (MAs). The successful candidate can expect a dedicated senior mentor throughout the span of programme.
Career interests of the MA will be duly considered for each MA’s rotation plan. At the end of 3 rotations, the Company will be in discussion with the MA to finalize a permanent placement within the Group.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT:
You will not be trained and coached only in the areas of work. In our company culture, character development is a thing. Our MA Programme seeks to cultivate and accentuate those values in our MAs.
Support the development and execution of the Group’s sustainability strategy and roadmap.
Coordinate the preparation of our annual Sustainability Report in line with relevant frameworks (e.g., GRI, ISSB)
Facilitate ESG data collection and monitor key performance indicators across business units.
Conduct and support stakeholder engagement and materiality assessments.
Track ESG regulatory developments (e.g. SGX sustainability reporting rules) and assess implications for the Group.
Collaborate with internal departments to integrate ESG into business processes, product development, and risk frameworks.
Drive staff awareness and training initiatives to embed ESG across the organization.
Support investor queries, client RFPs, and sustainability disclosures as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
A degree in sustainability, finance, environmental studies, economics, business, or a related field is helpful—but we’re equally open to candidates from diverse academic backgrounds who bring strong ESG experience and a passion for impact.
At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in ESG, sustainability strategy, risk, corporate affairs, or consulting.
Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards such as GRI, ISSB, SASB, and related disclosure regulations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and engage diverse stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently, but thrives in collaborative settings.
Organised, thoughtful, and proactive in managing timelines and multiple workstreams.
Candidates with certification in ESG (e.g., GRI, SASB FSA, CFA ESG, ISO 14064) & prior experience with climate risk assessment or sustainability data platforms will an added advantage
