IFS Capital Limited ("IFS") is an established financial services group involved in commercial and structured finance, private equity investments as well as credit insurance, bonds and guarantees.Incorporated in Singapore in 1987, the company was listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange in July 1993. IFS also has operations in Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia. On 29 May 2007, the company set up a wholly owned subsidiary in Hong Kong to handle financing business activities over there.
